Insurance

All insurance filings are handled through this office. For inquiries regarding billing and/or insurance, please call our office at 972-231-9144. Your primary insurance will be filed automatically. However, charges are expected to be paid at the time of the visit.

These would include:
    •    If you have not met your deductible for the year, you will be asked to pay in full at the time services are provided until your deductible is met.
    •    After you have met your deductible, you will be asked to pay your co-pay amount at the time services are provided.
    •    If for any reason you are unable to pay in full, please contact our billing specialists immediately to make payment arrangements.
